Mohammed Mounir, nubian-egyptian singer and actor, performs ’Alli sawtak’ from the movie ’Al-Massir’ (’Destiny’, 1998, directed by the legendary master of egyptian cinema Youssef Chahine, (January 25, 1926 - July 27, 2008), where he brilliantly portrayed the role of Gypsy musician Marwan in the medieval 12-th century arab Andalusia, epoque of Ibn Rushd (Averroes).
