Yoga Exercises that will Stretch your Legs In this video, I will begin by doing a “lotus“ pose. I will do several exercises while in the “lotus“ pose. From there, I will lie on my side and extend my leg outward, and in doing so, I will do a semi split. I will move each leg in a scissor motion. These exercises will benefit your legs. Next, I will do a variation of the “half upright seated angle“ pose. I will extend each leg outward, almost in a semi split. From there, I will lay on my back and do a variation of the “firefly“ pose. I will extend both legs outward.
