Russian Forces SURRENDER in Vovchansk; Kharkiv Offensive FAILURE | Breaking News With The Enforcer

Today we learned that Sweden announces that a Russian Su-24 tactical bomber violated Swedish airspace south of Gotland yesterday. It was the first Russian violation of Swedish airspace since 2022. We also learn that up to 400 Russian soldiers have been encircled by the Ukrainian Army in Vovchansk. And then later, the Russian soldiers surrendered after failed attack on Vovchansk chemical plant. A powerful explosion has also occured at a gas storage facility in the suburbs of Saratov, Russia. Finally ,we also learn of disturbing new analysis that Putin sees victory in Ukraine as a prerequisite for waging war with NATO according to the Institute for the Study of War.
