These are three great habits I learned from kung fu training back in the day. These three ideas and movements helped me get out of bad situations many times. I bring in Coach Paris from Strategic Combat Arts to talk about my appreciation of Kung Fu. Coach Paris has trained in a variety of traditional martial arts including Kyokushin, Karate, and Taekwondo. A lot of viewers think I have this “kung fu is not effective at all“ mentality, so this video will share some nuance. Having nuance in how you view life and martial arts will make you a more adaptable person. That’s just my view. For those of you watching, how has traditional martial arts helped you in your martial arts (or non-martial arts) journey? Leave your views in the comments.
