Russian warplanes and helicopters ’shot down’ and crashed near Ukraine border

Two Russian warplanes and two military helicopters crashed today close to the border with Ukraine in suspected missile strikes, say reports in Moscow. The major losses for Vladimir Putin’s forces were over Bryansk region. Reports indicated an Su-34 supersonic fighter-bomber and an Su-35 single seater fighter were downed. Two Mi-8 helicopters were shot down, one over Klintsy, a town in Bryansk region, the other close to Volkustichi village in Unechsky district, it was reported.
