Julia Jacklin - Too In Love To Die (A Take Away Show)

@blogotheque Last November, we took the Australian singer-songwriter Julia Jacklin to the banks of the Ourcq Canal. It was a sunny autumn’s day. The kind of weather that makes you want to take out your sunglasses. Underneath the last golden leaves and comforted by warm sun rays wrapped around them, three blue-eyed angels appeared. Gathered in between the bike lane and the water, they delivered a delicate rendition of ‘Too In Love To Die’. Singing about love as a transcendental and eternal force with a solemn beauty. Passersby kept turning their heads attracted by the sweet sound coming from the group, performing so softly but just loud enough to come out on top of the buzzing noises of the Sunday afternoon. A peaceful moment we couldn’t wait to share with you!
