I used OBS to record at the different kbps. Rate control: CBR (3000/6000/12000) Preset: Quality Profile: High Look-ahead: off Psycho Visual Tuning: off Sadly the framerate on the GTX with Minecraft is a bit out of sync and I was not able to fix in post.
