Full Story: The dictator failed to meet the local time, (GMT) deadline for his resignation set by the country’s generals following last week’s coup. Former deputy leader Emmerson Mnangagwa said: “The main charge is that he has allowed his wife to usurp constitutional power when she has no right to run the government.” The 93-year-old’s own party, Zanu PF, have ditched him as leader ordering him to stand down and have now started moves to impeach him. Mugabe recently fired Mnangagwa to pave the way for Grace to seize power by succeeding him. Led by Mnangagwa, MPs began work on a plan to remove him as president ending his brutal reign. Full Story:
