Alternating V Ups

Alternating V Ups are an advanced exercise for the upper and lower rectus abdominus (six pack). They are also very good for strengthening the hip flexors. To perform, lie flat on your back with arms on the floor behind your head and legs straight. Start with a sit up type motion with the upper body, then lift one leg.
