Base Mesh Rigging - Blender Character Sculpt Tutorial part 6

Welcome back! This is the Sixth part of the tutorial series where I go through my entire workflow from start to finish If you missed any of the the previous parts, I have them in a handy playlist Right here: In this video, we’re going to take it a little bit easier and rig our base mesh. If you’re looking for an in-depth tutorial on rigging for animation, I’d suggest Dikko’s Rigging series: The rigging we’re looking to do will be quick and dirty. No weight painting, just placing bones so we can get our character sculpt into a pose. It’ll also make creating the clothing a bit easier. You can find this completed, retopologised, and rigged base mesh for free at: Ahead in the coming weeks we’ll cover: -Setting up references & Blocking out the character - -Merging the Blockout & Sculpting - -Sculpting the head - -Head Retopology - -Body Retopology - -Rigging - -Hair - -Clothes and Accessories - -Materials - -Lights & animating a turnaround twitter!: instagram!: #blender 3.3 addons used: loop tools, rigify Specs: i5-12600K GHz Nvidia RTX 3070 32gb ram Windows 10 Davinci Resolve Sony Vegas 13 Blue Yeti Wacom Cintiq 16 Photoshop CC Lazy Nezumi OBS Studio Music by © Henry Keate t/a TheRelaxedMovement.
