Drones operate around the clock. To search for targets and recognize them, UAVs are equipped with various optical devices (including a powerful camera) and a thermal imager. While flying over the territory controlled by Ukrainian Armed Forces units on the right bank of the Dnieper, the UAV operator discovered an enemy tank and self-propelled gun that were firing at our positions from a forest plantation. As soon as enemy targets were discovered, their coordinates were immediately transmitted to the command post, where the decision was made to destroy them with Lancet loitering ammunition. The crew of the reconnaissance drone skillfully corrected the approach of the Lancets to the target and recorded a defeat in the forest plantation. During combat missions, UAV crews constantly record and transmit to the control points of the Dnepr group of troops the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, their firing points, self-propelled artillery installations, armored and automotive vehicles, military equipment and ammunition warehouses.
