Spinning Yarn With a Replica Viking Distaff from the Lendbreen Pass

I’m spinning yarn using a replica Viking distaff from the Lendbreen Pass discoveries! When I saw the original distaff that had just melted out of a glacier, I knew I had to try spinning yarn with it! Robin from the Dancing Goats recreated this amazing Viking age distaff, and now I’m about to spin using a 1,200 year old textile tool!
