Do 4 DIMMS = slower Ryzen RAM?

Myth: Does having 4 sticks of RAM in Ryzen still mean you have to run at a lower clock speed? At launch, many users reported that they could run their 2 sticks of ram at 2667MHz, but had to downclock to 2400MHz or even 2133MHz for 4 sticks. This September 2017 test seeks to find if this is still the case.
