N. Korea recognizes two ’people’s republics’ in E. Ukraine, welcomed by Donetsk residents - YouTube

North Korea recognized on Wednesday “Donetsk People’s Republic(DPR)” and “Luhansk People’s Republic(LPR)” in eastern Ukraine’s Donbas as independent states. North Korea’s move makes it the third country after Russia and Syria to recognize the two entities. After North Korea’s ambassador in Moscow handed a certificate of recognition to “DPR” envoy, Kyiv immediately denounced the move and severed relations with Pyongyang.
