Gun Salutes Performed for Prince Philip Across United Kingdom

Gun salutes across the UK marked the death of the Duke of Edinburgh on Saturday, as military leaders honoured the former Royal Navy officer and husband of Queen Elizabeth II. Batteries of cannons in London, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Belfast and other cities fired 41 rounds at one-minute intervals from midday.
