SAVAGE FULL BODY FINISHER

This is one of my favorite ways to finish any workout! It’s got a little bit of everything to help leave you feeling well rounded at the end of any session! Try it out! 10 to 15 minute AMRAP, as many rounds as possible (with quality reps) Double Kettlebell Outside the legs swings x 15 reps Bodyweight Pull Ups x 10 reps Double kettlebell squat to press x 10 reps Hanging Leg raise x 15 reps Double kettlebell push up to row x 10 reps
