Why Israel is allowed to do everything Russia can’t

In the recent weeks, seeing the Israel Gaza conflict unfold, I have come to an unfortunate conclusion - it seems like the West’s supposed disapproval of imperialism and colonialism only exists when we talk about countries that are enemies of the US, such as Russia. Is Russia and Ukraine comparable to Israel and Gaza? No, not quite. But I do think that now is a good time to discuss collective responsibility and how the world cancels countries.
