Treatment of Urinary incontinence. Urgency Urinary Incontinence (UUI) or Overactive Bladder (OAB) Behavioral therapies, antimuscarinics monotherapy (e.g., Oxybutynin, Darifenacin, Solifenacin, Tolterodine, Fesoterodine & Trospium chloride), β3-Adrenergic agonists (Mirabegron & Vibegron), TCA (Desipramine, nortriptyline, imipramine, and doxepin), Botulinum Toxin A (onabotulinum toxin A). Stress urinary incontinence (SUI) or Urethral Underactivity incontinence. Estrogen (Vaginal ring and pessary), Ephedrine, Norfenefrine, and midodrine, Duloxetine, and Venlafaxine. Overflow Incontinence or chronic urinary retention. Alpha1 blockers (Tamsulosin, Silodosin, and alfuzosin), 5 alpha-Reductase inhibitors (Finasteride & Dutasteride), Phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors (Tadalafil)
