The title of this classical master piece is “King Chu doffs his armour“ (Ba Wang Xie Jia), from traditional repertoire for pipa solo. About the music: according to Liu Fang, there are different versions for this piece according the schools and styles of individual performers. This is the version of Wei Zhongle (1909--1998), one of the great pipa masters from the last century; it is very different from the version of Master Lin Chicheng(1922--2006).
