After watching the Blackpink documentary on Netflix and discovering K-pop, it inspired me to dance and thought why not dance it out together. All the moves are basic, but it’s the flavour that you add to them that spices it up. So loosen up and groove it out however you feel. Let’s have fun. Remember our ultimate goal is to increase our step count, so even if there steps get too challenging, just aim to keep your feet moving for the duration of the workout. Burn calories from the comfort of your own home while keeping this workout low impact. This workout was super fun to do and I hope you enjoy it.
