A little over an hour spent time-lapsing on a hill overlooking Cluj. The city’s official firework display is at the centre of the shot, and it’s the highest. But it’s just amazing how many other fireworks are fired all over the city. Also notice a lot of Chinese Lanterns going up. Sound is the real ambience recorded on the hill.
