ISH News has released several videos about the farmers protesting in Delhi over the3 farm laws proposed by the government. The protest went on for a year after which the government withdrew the 3 farm laws. ISH Video links: Now again hundreds of farmers from different states started reaching Delhi. A mahapanchayat was called by the Samyukta Kisan Morcha, an association of about 40 farmer associations, at Jantar Mantar, Delhi on 23rd August. Farmers held protests at Jantar Mantar against unemployment. The mahapanchayat is an event where farmers will reiterate their demands on MSP. Minimum Support Price (MSP) is the price fixed by the Government of India to protect the farmers against excessive fall in price. These farmer organisations have been demanding proper implementation of minimum support price (MSP) for crops.
