可愛くてごめん / Sorry I’m So Cute! (Covered by Calliope Mori & Reimu Endou) - Indie Rock/Garage Rock Remix

Trying another non-metal song this time! I was surprised to see both Calli and Reimu cover this song just days apart from each other. I decided to do my own spin on it, though I knew my usual style wouldn’t fit the tone of the song. Luckily, these covers dropped around the same time I was getting into Arctic Monkeys and The Strokes, so this was the perfect opportunity to try and do something adjacent to their style. Believe me, that raw indie-rock aesthetic is a lot harder to get right than it sounds. This won’t be the last Holo/Niji cover combo I’ll be making anytime soon. I’m planning to get to Luca and Kronii’s covers of Mafia sometime, now that I have a 7-string guitar, so look forward to that...
