25 Min Yoga Flow | Inner & Outer Thigh Strength & Flexibility | Day 8 - 30 Day Yoga Challenge

Welcome to day 8 of the 30-day yoga challenge. Today we are focusing on the inner and outer thighs as we work towards our peak pose for todays class - Side Splits. Don’t worry if that seems beyond your level, I will offer options to make it more accessible. This class includes warm up sequences to target the inner and outer thigh muscles as well as the hamstrings, hip flexors and glutes. We will work gradually through a series of postures to open the hips and strengthen the muscles supporting to knees in preparation for side splits. I hope you enjoy this lower body yoga flow.
