8. TRX Bick Back 2- Low Row
9. Changing Direction Tennis Drill - ∞-
10. Zig - Zags with Racket
Balance and Reflexes Exercise
12. Alternating Hopping Leg Press
Most of the pros including Novak Djokovic have been using these footwork drills as well as strengthening exercises throughout their careers.
