ANCHOR CHURCH : CAVE

After setting off on a cold morning I arrived near the location and managed to get parked up .Not knowing the area and only having a ruff idea where it was I set off following the pin I had put on my phone .After walking about 10 mins and going across a field I came to a ditch and tried to cross it but failed ,and spent the next 5 minutes trying to get out lol .Covered in mud and stung by nettles I emerged only to see other people walking along a path about 50 yds away .They were all looking at me ,and they probably thought what on earth was I doing lol .. Anyway I followed them on the path and then came to ANCHOR CHURCH / CAVE . Thinking great I will now be able to film it a family decided to have a picnic right in front of the structure ( GREAT TIMING LOL ).. Decided to take lots of pics then I filmed and explained I wouldn’t get them in the film . Overall a nice explore and some great history of some beautiful countryside .. Was definitely worth getting nettled and muddied up wikipedia info
