2014 Kudo World Championships

Coach Bone competed in the 2014 Kudo world championships. He made it to the third round with two wins and earnt his Shodan in Kudo in Japan directly from the source. Kudo is a Japanese Mixed Martial Art with its roots in kyokushin. It allows punches, kicks, elbows, knees and headbuts. It also allows throws, some submissons and limited ground.
