КИНО - Последний концерт/KINO - The Last Concert (Moscow, Luzhniki Stadium, )

Band: KINO Year: 1990 The full information about the concert is below the video On June 24, 1990, the band was headlining at Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow, where the organizers lit the Olympic flame. It had only happened four times in the last ten years, and the last time was at the Moscow International Peace Festival in 1989. Even though it was raining, about people went to the stadium, which was a record number for such events by the standards of the Soviet Union. The concert was supposed to be the last on the band’s tour across the country, but no one could imagine that they would see the guys together for the last time. One fan of theirs later noted that she couldn’t remember who played before, because everyone seemed to be waiting only for KINO’s performance. “I was so lucky that I stayed to see it. In Viktor I could see the line to walk between pride and humility, fame and reality. Later, every time I took the stage, I tried to channel Viktor and what I had seen that night,“ Joanna Stingray later remembered. On August 15, Tsoi died in a car crash while on vacation. The band dissolved, but its remaining members completed the unfinished last album to honor their friend’s memory.   KINO: Viktor Tsoi - lead vocals, acoustic guitar Yuri Kasparyan - lead guitar Igor Tikhomirov - bass guitar Georgy Guryanov - drums #ГруппаКино #ГруппаКиноСлушать #КиноЦой #ВикторЦой #KinoBand #KinoRussianBand #ViktorTsoi
