“It interrupts the flow of things, creating new behaviours, new experiences.“ “Disruption“ is an idea that I have been thinking about in my life, and how I can transport that idea for music. A percussion solo piece, that I have been working on, with some approaches and patterns that i constantly interrupt, causing time changing, stress and building some new rhythm experiences. My passion for Percussion, textures, patterns rhythms lead me to an infinity possibilities of ways. Nothing of this would be possible without the vision and directon of Vicente Calado, that put so much power on this video, operating his camera as a solo on it’s own, improvising, on the pursuit of the sound Also, his direction assistant, Hugo Barão, who was so kind and so professional to get all lights, environment, and helped in everything we needed. The place was hosted by the production assistant, Joana Rodrigues, a Psichologist, singer and also a friend, that shared her work place, time and energy, to setup all of this.
