USA: Tornado rips through Illinois, seven other states on alert

Footage from Franklin Grove, Illinois shows the start of the large tornado that is causing winds of up to 80 mph (129 km/h), and is tearing through the state on Thursday. It is reported that there is damage across parts of the state, in areas including Hillcrest, Rochelle and Kings.
