Hail storm with large ice stones hits Sochi

Strong hail storms have hit the city of Sochi (Russia), where hailstones that are almost the size of a chicken egg fell. The Lazarevsky district has been especially affected by this weather phenomenon, so they had to issue a storm warning for the entire city. Until the end of the day, July 11, heavy rains, showers with thunderstorms, hail are expected. On the rivers, there are sharp rises in water levels, in places reaching unfavorable levels. Tornadoes are possible.
