Sungho Kim won the Youth Jury Prize at the 2020 Glyndebourne Opera Cup and 3rd prize at the International Opera Competition Meistersinger von Nürnberg 2022. He has been a member of the Dortmund Opera ensemble since the 2020/21 season, with roles including Belmonte (Die Entführung aus dem Serail), Camille de Rosillon (The Merry Widow), Fortunatus (Frédégonde), Tamino (Die Zauberflöte), Roldofo (La bohème), among others.
