This classic Journey tune uses interesting drum beats made out of simple ones. Steve Smith utilizes the open hand technique here to move his right hand around the set creating melodies. It is important to first work on this co-ordinations, making sure the left hand and right foot are right in the pocket. The bass drum plays on all 4.
