So must try and make your every-morning Healthy. #Indiakasmartbreakfast #OatsRecipe #ChefharpalSingh Tadkewali lassi & oats chilla Preparation time 10 mins Cooking time 10 mins Serving 2 pax Ingredients quantity Oats ½ cup Water as required Salt to taste Chaat masala 1 tsp Oil 2-3 tsp Mustard seed ¼ tsp Cumin seed ½ tsp Lg hing a pinch Ginger chopped 1 tsp Green chilli chopped 2-3 nos Curry leaves 6-8 petals Lemon juice 1 nos Ice cubes 6-8 nos Oats chila Oats residue as obtained Oats ¼ cup Green moong soaked 4 tbsp Soaked rice ¼ cup Ginger chopped 1 tsp Lg hing a pinch Mint leaves 2 tbsp Salt to taste Green chilli 3 nos Coriander leaves 4-5 sprigs Method : 1.
