Cities across Russia continue to experience utility failures as heating pipes continue to burst in the cold weather leaving millions of Russian civilians without head in the dead of winter. Senate Republicans have promised to start debating and then vote on a combined border security and military aid package to Ukraine next week and Speaker Johnson is already saying he will not schedule a vote on it.
