Cakewalk Sonar 5 Producer Edition Overview

See a 150-track Sonar project up and running under 64-bit Windows (complete with 32-bit plug-ins on the session courtesy of Sonar’s BitBridge technology). The 64-bit environment supports 128 GB of system memory (the demo system shown gets by with a “mere“ 8 GB installed) and four processor threads, so there’s power aplenty for mixing fast-paced aerial combat video sequences in surround or creating 5.1 remixes of glam rock classics. Sonar’s SurroundBridge technology also lets mix-meisters place stereo aux signals anywhere in the 5.1 field.
