Elf hair and make up tutorial!

i did one of these a while back, but didn’t like it so here’s another one. ***Before moaning about lotr elves not having flowers in their hair, it mentions in the books several times about elves having flowers in their hair, it mentions it at least twice in mirkwood in the hobbit.
