Simple Recipe: Sweet & Sour Pork 咕噜肉

I know I’ve said “this is my favourite,....that’s my favourite...!!“ as though everything is my favourite but it’s have many many many favourites :D and this Sweet & Sour Pork is one of them. As you know Chinese like to have a variety of dishes to go with their rice and in Singapore, there’s a particular type of stall commonly known as “economic rice“ or cai png (菜饭). This stall will precook a huge variety of dishes (similar to what you get from Panda Express in the States) and you can just pick what you like to go with your rice. Usually if I’m eating cai png, I will definitely, i mean DEFINITELY choose sweet & sour pork without fail. This rendition is taught to us by my aunt who serves this really delicious and crispy. We took part of her recipe and made it into ours. Hope you can recreate this yummy dish in the comfort of your home. Thanks for dropping by our channel.
