Trump says he would appoint Elon Musk to head government efficiency commission
Former President Trump outlined some of his economic plans and said he would put Elon Musk in charge of a commission to cut waste from the federal government. He also says he will eliminate taxes on social security and tips. NBC News’ Vaughn Hillyard reports.
