✔️ Set up a decline bench (or prop up a regular bench on one side)
✔️ Add pads/ mats under abdomen if you have them
✔️ Place DB flat between feet and position body so knees are at the edge of the bench
✔️ Squeeze DB and curl legs up
TIP: Squeeze glutes and keep back neutral as your lift to help you feel this in your hamstrings! Or, you can also try using a band 🙌
