Tercer sencillo y la sexta canción del álbum llamado Siamese Dream, lanzado el 22 de marzo de 1994. Producido por Butch Vig, también productor del Nevermind de Nirvana y baterista y productor de Garbage, logro vender 4 millones de copias en los y más de 6 millones en el resto del mundo. El disco estuvo lleno de tensiones, dificultades y altibajos, la depresión por la que atravesaba Corgan, la ruptura amorosa entre el guitarrista James Iha y la bajista D’arcy Wretzky y la creciente adicción del baterista Jimmy Chamberlin. La cadena BBC prohibió la canción Disarm aparecer en su ranking dado uno de los versos: «cut that little child» (corta a ese pequeño niño) . Corgan aclaró que la canción refleja la relación inestable que tuvo con sus padres durante su infancia: “ Pude haber compuesto un tema violento y que mostrara mi enojo, pero en lugar de ello, pensé en algo hermoso que les hiciera ver la ternura en mi corazón.
