SketchUp files brought into to Revit for rendering
Demonstrates techniques for converting a SketchUp file into a format that can be rendered successfully in Revit. As a general rule, Revit materials will be applied using layers found in the Object Styles menu, under Imported Objects. This means your SketchUp model must have objects meant to have different materials set onto different layers. It’s also best to have everything painted the Default material on both sides.
