In this tutorial, I show you how to make a 20-drawer card catalogue unit. I have provided measurements for a working drawer or a fixed drawer front depending on how much time you have! (1/16 inch) Sheet:
55.5 x 28mm (2 3/16 x 1 7/64 inches) – Cut 2 – SIDES
28 x 5mm (1 7/64 x 13/64 inches) – Cut 6 – SIDE MOULDINGS
66 x (2 19/32 x 2 3/16 inches) – Cut 1 – BACK
66 x 5mm (2 19/32 x 13/64 inches) – Cut 3 – BACK MOULDINGS

For the opening drawers: (Cut after construction of the main unit to ensure accurate sizing) Make 20
11.5 x (29/64 x 29/64 inches) – Cut 2 – FRONT & BACK
29.5 x (1 5/32 x 29/64 inches) – Cut 2 – SIDES
29.5 x 8mm (1 5/32 x 5/16 inches) – Cut 1 – BASE
For the fixed drawer fronts: (Cut after construction of the main unit to ensure accurate sizing)
12 x 12mm (15/32 x 15/32 inches) – Cut 20 – DRAWER FRONTS
