Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale Debuts With 620 Horsepower

Alfa Romeo crafted its ultimate 8C edition in 2010, teasing a potential resurgence in 2018 through a carefully orchestrated product roadmap. Regrettably, the 700-horsepower coupe concept dissipated as parent company FCA decided to halt the project within a year. Now, in the year 2023, a fresh flagship sports car is on the horizon, emanating from the legendary Italian marque. Unlike a direct 8C successor, this venture entails the revival of the exquisitely captivating 33 Stradale. Similar to its muse which graced the late 1960s and saw only 18 specimens materialize, the novel 33 Stradale will adopt a mid-engined configuration. The stunningly nostalgic design language will be meticulously shaped by the skilled craftsmen at Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera. This marks the second instance where Alfa Romeo has embraced a fully tailor-made coachbuilt body, following in the footsteps of last year’s bespoke creation, the Giulia SWB Zagato. In contrast to its ancestral counterpart, the contemporary r
