How July 4th in Japan is celebrated at USA Military Bases

I have never celebrated Independence Day on July 4th, especially not in Japan, so my friends took me to the USA Camp Zama in Kanagawa. This event is to say thanks and to give back to the Japanese locals who allow the military to be in their area. American food and snacks, free music and fireworks were some of the things that the Americans offered the Japanese locals to say thanks for their hospitality. I am Cathy Cat!
