Daily life in Mandi’s aviary: Poppy gets a lolly

On Walter Wednesday we’re showing some of his mates. Here’s Poppy, who was being given a batty lolly. Initially she was a little sleepy, but settled in to unwrap her prize, taking her time and licking the wrapper. She held it with her foot then was thinking about having another snooze until she remembered she had a prize and settled down to unwrap it properly, promptly dropping it. Poppy’s always good for a laugh. No human candy was consumed during this video. Thanks Mandi for the footage which is part of a fundraiser for her aviary airlock.
