Tai Chi Bang

Here is a set of 4 exercises that can be practiced with a rolling pin or short stick (Tai Chi “Bang“). These exercises are for strengthening your grip by developing your forearm muscles. Martial applications are also shown. Such exercises are the original purpose of the Tai Chi Bang.
