Sketching a Pub in Two Point Perspective | The Holly Bush Inn

In this video I talk about how to draw a building in perspective and demonstrate by creating a fine liner pen and watercolour sketch of the Holly Bush Inn in Derbyshire, UK. This building was drawn with a Uni-Pin Fine Liner Pen in a Moleskine watercolour sketchbook and coloured with Windsor and Newton Professional Watercolours. This is an adventure in seeing how long a video you want to watch! I did two hours of drawing and painting and have condensed it to just under an hour with commentary on what I’m doing and a little intro where I talk about how to draw a building in two point perspective. Here’s the link to my reference photograph if you’d like to paint along with me: #hollybushinn Supplies Used: * The watercolours I’m using are the Windsor and Newton Professional 24 half pan set.
