M/S of ladies in swim suits parading alongside a huge swimming pool at Butlin’s Holiday Camp in Clacton, Essex; a large crowd of people watch in the scorching sun. M/S looking through a cut-out shape at a crowd of people watching and laughing. C/U of a man’s face in profile, trying to fit into a shape cut out of a large board. Commentator says “Whether he’s a chubby hubby or a slim Jim, the winner is the one whose shape best fits the cut-outs“, as we see C/U of the man’s stomach, not quite filling the cut out figure; tilt up as he stretches to fit at the chest and head. He can’t quite fill it so shakes his head and walks off behind the board as we pan right to show a Redcoat (in blue blazer) talking to the audience through a microphone. M/S of the audience laughing. M/S of a Redcoat, dressed Norman Wisdom-style, trying to lever a man into a shape in the board.
