The day begins with an exhilarating paddle down the picturesque Minnesota River, covering a distance of 8 miles through wild country. Along the way, I’m lucky enough to spot several bald eagles and other wildlife in their natural habitat. I return to the cabin, where my family joins me for a delightful dinner in downtown Carver. As the evening unfolds, my wife Rylie and our adorable baby girl Olivia spend some quality time on the cabin’s front porch, basking in the serenity of the surroundings. After my family heads out for the night, I indulge in the simple pleasure of building a fire and relishing the views that surround me. The tranquility of the night sets the perfect ambiance for a peaceful sleep. The following morning welcomes me with a breathtaking sunrise. I kick-start my day with a cup of steaming coffee on the porch,
